Delivery of Orders

 DELIVERY TIME

  • We at SubRung process orders within 24 hours once the order is confirmed. The normal time for delivery is 1-5 working days. However, this also depends on location of delivery and service efficiency of courier service provider. Therefore, days could be more in case of unusual circumstance like near Eid or pandemic situation like Covid-19 Pandemic etc.

  • The estimated delivery time for International order is 3 to 10 working days (depending on the destination).

  • During sale or any event delivery time may exceed due to high volume order log.

 SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Normal shipping charges for light-weight items are Rs. 119 + 7.5% of Order Cost. For Example if your total order is amounting to Rs. 1,000 then the Shipping Charges would be Rs. 194 only i.e. Rs. 119+ 75 (1000x 7.5%). Whereas, for orders amounting to Rs. 3,999 the Shipping Charges would be Rs. 119 + 300 = Rs. 419 Only. The maximum charge for delivery would be Rs. 494 only i.e. If your order amounting to Rs. 4,999 then the Shipping cost would be Rs. (119 + 375) = Rs. 494 will be charged.  However, Currently there is promotion that on buying items worth Rs. 5,000 or more their would be Zero shipping Charges.

  • For opting for “Pick Your Own” facility the shipping charges would be Zero in this case also. However, for this the customer has to visit at the Official Address of SubRung to get his/her order.

  • Charges for all International delivery vary from country to country. To the know about the exact delivery charges kindly Contact to SubRung.

 TRACK YOUR ORDER

  • Customer’s Order # and processing of order will be intimated through email/SMS/Whatsapp message.

  • The Tracking # will be shared to customer.

  • SubRung shall not be held liable for late delivery/collection by third-party postal/courier companies.
