What is a Re-seller?
A Re-seller is a person who buys goods for resale products and make a profit.
In that case you will buy/order items from SubRung and sell them to your customers.
Features & Terms for Re-selling:
1. You don’t need to keep the stocks with you as SubRung will take all the burden.
2. You just need to catch the customers to whom you want to sell our products.
3. Download the pictures from our website and share with your customers.
4. Keep yourself updated for the available stocks at the website.
5- When you receive an order login to your account on SubRung and place the same order mentioning your customer’s details.
6. You just have to order us and we will either send the items directly to you or to your customers.
7. Your customers, your handling. We will not interfere or dictate your way of dealing.
8. We will not interact directly with your customers.
9. With every sale you will earn minimum 10% of listed price of an order or any amount which is above than listed price.
10. We will not set or fix the selling price, which you will offer to your customers. It will be your marketing strategy how to manage your customers. You can offer any price you want to.
11. If you sell at a price above our listed price then every single Rupee above our listed price will be yours.
12. If he or she sells at website price then he or she will get 10% commission on every item sold.
13. If he or she sells below the website price then SubRung will consider it at website price and commission would be equal to 10% of website price.
14. The payment of the commissions and the profits will be made on monthly basis within first 5 days of every month.
15. Shippig charges are exluded to the website listed prices you can negotiate on your own with your customers.
16. The shipping charges charable to a Re-seller would be as per SubRung’s Delivery of Order Policy.
17. If a customer doesn’t collect the parcel then shipping charges will be paid by the Re-seller.
18. No commission will be paid on items “on sales” however, Reseller can earn profit.
19. Reseller’s purchases will not be subject to any coupons, schemes, draws, sales or any other benefits which will be offered by the SubRung time to time.
20. The minimum amount of purchase from Re-seller would be Rs. 5,000/month for first 3 months starting from his or her first order however, this limit will increase to Rs. 10,000/month from 4th month. If in any month the minimum sale amount decreases from the above-mentioned limits then the Reseller will not be eligible for the commissions for that particular month and the same will be adjusted in the next month’s payment(s).

In case, if a Reseller request to deliver the orders directly to him or her then the Reseller only has to pay Order Amount Plus Shipping Charges (if applicable) Minus 10% commission, which means commission will be adjusted immediately.
