As only confirmed buyer can review a product. Therefore, to review a product kindly Login to your SubRung’s account and go to the same product you purchased and Click “Review”. There you can give a review for the product you have purchased.

We have motto (What You See Is What You Will Really Get), which we strongly follow. To follow this we use 100% original pictures. We strongly discourage Chinese Fake or Photoshop pictures.

Except for any unfortunate human error, the measurements mentioned in every listing are almost 100% accurate with error margin of  only +- 0.5 inches.

The customer can pay through Cash on Delivery (CoD) basis. Further, payments through banking transaction and through other methods like Jazz Cash etc. are also available.

The only difference is in the prices of articles. Because on Daraz we have to pay heavy commissions therefore, the prices of items listed on SubRung’s website are Rs. 10 to Rs. 400 less than the prices we have listed on Daraz.  

Normal shipping charges for light-weight items are Rs. 119 + 7.5% of Order Cost. For Example if your total order is amounting to Rs. 1,000 then the Shipping Charges would be Rs. 209 only i.e. Rs. 194+ 75 (1000x 7.5%). Whereas, for orders amounting to Rs. 3,999 the Shipping Charges would be Rs. 119 + 300 = Rs. 418 Only. The maximum charges for delivery would be Rs. 494 only i.e. If your order amounting to Rs. 4,999 then the Shipping cost would be Rs. (119 + 374) = Rs. 494 will be charged.  However, Currently there is promotion that on buying items worth Rs. 5,000 or more their would be Zero shipping Charges.

Zero shipping charges for availing “Pick Your Own” option.

Currently, there are Three methods available for customers from Pakistan and One for International customers.

For Pakistan:

1. Payment through Cash on Delivery: When buyer will receive the order then he/she has to pay the amount. 

2. “Pick Your Own”: If buyer wants to avoid shipping charges he/she can can receive the ordered items from our Office Address in person. No shipping charges will be charged in this case if at the time of check out customer select the option of “Pick Your Own” and later collect it from our Lahore Office. 

3. Through Jazz Cash/Bank Account: In this case customer deposits the order amount into our Jazz Cash Account or Bank Account before the dispatch of the parcel. After confirmation of deposit the parcel will either be shipped or be handover to a customer on his/her request.  

For International :

Currently, only option is transfer of money before delivery through Jazz Cash/Bank Account: In this case customer deposits the order amount into our Jazz Cash Account or Bank Account before the dispatch of the parcel. After confirmation of deposit the parcel will either be shipped or be handover to a customer on his/her request. 

The normal time for delivery is 1-5 working days. However, this also depends on location of delivery and service efficiency of courier service provider. Therefore, days could be more in case of unusual circumstance like near Eid or pandemic situation like Covid-19 Pandemic etc.

Yes, you can return the purchased items within 10 days of delivery of item(s). For further detail kindly read Return Policy.

In case of return customer will bear the charges of Shipping.

Only Listed price of an article will be refunded if it will be received in the same condition in which it was delivered to a customer. However, if wrong item is sent and customer decides to return the item then the amount of refund would be equal Listed Price x 1.25.

If approved by SubRung the refund will be processed within 7-10 days after receiving the parcel in same condition as sent by the SubRung to its customer. The Refund would be made either through banking channel or through other services like Jazz Cash, Easy Piasa etc.
