• Buyer can return the item within 10 days from the date of delivery even without assigning any reason.
  • Buyer would be eligible for return if the product(s) is/are unused and in the original packing with labels. 
  • Product(s) purchased directly from our website must be returned directly to us.
  • This is only applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan. For International orders please contact our customer support team and we will try to help you out in all possible ways.
  • Exchange and refunds during a sale or discounted products are eligible for return if the product received does not match the product, which customer had ordered or defected article is received by a customer.



  • To return an item, please email us with the return reason, if any, along with pictures and order details.
  • Once our customer support team approves the return you will be requested to send the parcel to SubRung at official address.
  • Please note that customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.



  • For returned items or accepted claims a customer can either exchange the item with other (the difference would be payable or receivable will be adjusted accordingly) or can request for full amount claim.
  • In the following cases, SubRung will pay to the customer the tag price of article x 1.25, if:
    • the article sent to a customer different from the picture in the ad.
    • different size is dispatched by the SubRung compare to ordered size.
    • an item is defective.
  • The amount of refund will be returned either through banking channel or through other means like Jazz Cash, Easy Piasa etc.
  • The period for processing for refund is 7-10 working days after receiving article to be returned and all the relevant information from a customer.


* In all cases courier charges will be borne by the customer.

*In any other situation not covered above the decision of SubRung would be final by giving maximum possible benefits to a customer.
